Kallen Kwok entered Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) and Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) successively, studied composition under Professor Law Wing Fai and Dr Christopher Keyes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from HKBU, majoring in composition and music production. Her composition had been played in Hong Kong Composers’ Guild’s New Generation Concert and broadcasted by Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK). Kallen also worked in popular music field. She provided music arrangement for theme songs of TV series and Christian pop-music, and had worked with TVB Music Limited and The Media Evangelism Limited (影音使團). She also holds a Diploma in Music Performance from Rockschool, Trinity Guildhall (DipRSL(Perf)) in vocal performance and sang as backing vocalist in contemporary Christian music CDs.

Kallen started her music career as a music educator and choral conductor since 1996. She was the former choral tutor and accompanist of Hong Kong Children’s Choir, former teacher of Yamaha Junior Music Course with a Yamaha Advanced Certificate, which is a professional teacher qualification for Yamaha Music Education System. She was also the founding choirmaster and conductor of Glory Baptist Church Choir. With over 20 years experience of music education, especially in music theory, Kallen now devotes herself in teaching and helping potential music students for preparing their studies in the music discipline, specialized in the HKDSE Music curriculum. Kallen is the Course Coordinator of DSE Music Course in Hong Kong Music Kingdom.
